Laudida was created to enable everyone to create a marketplace with their friends, family and other people they trust. Whether you are selling or buying a car, a computer or a tickets to the Giants game, Laudida provides a way for people to find things from familiar faces.

The Laudida Team
Darren (Co-founder and Chief Evangelist) is the idealist and always thinks outside of the box to bring about the most intricate yet simplified ideas to better our lives. He says, "Technology is only a tool to simplify our way of life. It does not define us. It allows us to express our thoughts easier."

Steve (Co-founder and Chief Code Monkey) is in charge of our application development. When he's not designing software, writing code or getting intimate with Lucene, you can usually find him at the golf course working on his approach shot.

Jon (Linux Guy) is the administrator of our systems. He makes sure all of our application servers are up and emails get to where they are supposed to go. If there are any emergency computer problems, Jon is there to save the day.

Chris (UI and Design) defines the look and feel of Laudida. Not only does he make Laudida look pretty, he's always hard at work making the site really easy to use. To top it all off, he's deciding what's the best way to renovate his basement. We think he should get a pool table and definitely keep the painting of the whale.

Wilfred (Quality Assurance) makes sure we cross our i's and dot's our T's. OK, we will fix that later. He makes sure that the site works and the links aren't broken. On his spare time, he picks tasty mandarin oranges from his backyard.
